Sale - Antonio Lanclos to Franco and Yiario Martioneau, sons of Franco 
Marioneau, present with the authorization of their father

A plantation with all its dependencies belonging to me, situated in said 
District, on the right bank of the Mississippi river, composed of five arpents 
and three toises of front with the ordinary depth of forty, bounded on the 
upper part by lands of Vital Rivet, and below by those of Amant Ebert, the 
same which was possessed and purchased of Aubris Dupuy on the fifth of 
December of one thousand seven hundred and ninety-five by deed executed before 
Dn Pedro Voisin, Provisional Commandant who was, we understand.
