Sale - Pedro Braud, by virtue of procuration dated Jan. 9, 1804 given me by 
Antonio Lanclos and his wife, Madalena Molinos, sell to Antonio Lanclos, his 
son


A tract with all its dependencies belonging to my constituent, situated in 
said District on the right bank of the Bayou called of the Fork of Plaquemine, 
composed of four arpents seven toises and a half of front with the ordinary 
depth of forty, bounded above and below by the lands of my constituent, of the 
same which was possessed and purchased of the Chitimachas Indians, by deed 
executed before me the present Commandant on the eighteenth of June of the 
year of one thousand eight hundred and two.
