Sale - Pedro Braud, by virtue of procuration dated Jan. 9, 1804 given by 
Antonio Lanclos and his wife, Madalena Molinos, sell to Lussin Lanclos:

A tract with all its dependencies of the ownership of my constituent, situated 
in said District on the right bank of the Bayou called of the Fork of 
Plaquemine, composed of four arpents and eleven toises one foot and a half of 
front with the ordinary depth of forty, bounded above by lands of Emerant 
Lanclos and below by those of Felix Braud, of the same which was purchased and 
acquired of the Chitimachas Indians by deed executed before me, the present 
Commandant, on the eighteenth of June of year one thousand eight hundred and 
two.
