Sale - Pedro Braud, by virtue of procuration dated Jan. 9, 1804 given by 
Antonio Lanclos and his wife, Madalena Molinos to sell to Alexandro Lanclos:

A tract with all its dependencies of the ownership of my constituent, situated 
in said District, on the right bank of the Bayou called of the Fork of 
Plaquemine, composed of four arpents seven toises and a half of front with the 
ordinary depth of forty, bounded above by the lands of Vital Rivet and below 
by those of my constituent, of the same which was possessed and purchased of 
the Chitimachas Indians, by deed executed before me, the present Commandant, 
on the eighteenth of June of the year one thousand eight hundred and two.
