Sale - Pedro Braud, by virtue of procuration dated Jan. 9, 1804, given by 
Antonio Lanclos and his wife, Madalena Molinos to sell to Emerant Lanclos:

A tract with all its dependencies, of the ownership of my constituent, 
situated in said District, on the right bank of the Bayou called of the Fork 
of Plaquemine, composed of four arpents eleven toises one foot and a half of 
front with the ordinary depth of forty, bounded above by lands of Alexandro 
Lanclos and below by those of my constituent, of the same which was possessed 
and purchased of the Chitimachas Indians by deed executed before me, the 
present Commandant, on the eighteenth of June of the year one thousand eight 
hundred and two.
