Procuration - Pablo Landry to Carlos Hebert - 
Special procuration - to Carlos Hebert, in order that he might retrocede 
judicially to Luis Leonard: A tract situated in the above said District on the 
right bank of the Mississippi river, composed of six arpents of front and 
eighty of depth, bounded on the upper part by the plantation of Franco 
Marionnau and belwo by lands of his property, which he sold me, and the said 
Carlos Ebert by deed executed before Dn Franco Rivas, Commandant of the 
referred District, on the twenty-third day of the month of January of the year 
of one thousand seven hundred ninety-nine, for the same price which he sold 
us, with the express condition of reserving fifty cypress trees of his cypress 
grove in my favor and that of the expressed Carlos Ebert.
