Sale - Jacques Landry to Theodore Dugat

A plantation of six arpents front on the river on the ordinary depth of forty 
arpents situated on the right bank ascending the river in this District, 
adjacent above to the lands of the said Jacques Landry and below to the man 
named Maturin Benoit therein including with the said plantation the half of 
the cypress grove coming from Don Capdevielle under the same privileges which 
the said Jacques Landry had to take away the wood of the said cypress grove.
