Sale - Joseph Marie Landry to Widow Pradier

A plantation situated on the right bank of the Mississippi river, adjacent 
above to the lands of Widow Ignace Ebert and below by that of Jean Pierre 
Culler; containing five arpents of front on lines parallel and ordinary depth, 
such as it is fixed by the title of concession and plan which was delivered to 
the said lady in my presence, the buildings, enclosures and finally all that 
which might be attached thereon, advising the said vendor, that the said title 
of concession and plan carried a quantity of seven arpents and a half front 
exactly; but that about eleven or twelve years ago he had sold two arpents and 
a half of the said land to a person named Joseph Landry, on the upper part, 
that which reduced it to five arpents, as it is said hereinabove; (conditions 
of this sale mentioned, such as the widow is to build a house and let Joseph 
Landry have slaves and let vendor use a pasture for his cattle)
