Sale - Francois Landry to Thomas Warren

A plantation of six arpents five toises three feet and a half front on the 
river on the ordinary depth of forty arpents situated on the right bank 
ascending the river adjacent above to a plantation belonging to Ignace Babin 
coming from Francois Landry and below to a man named Maturin Landry.
