Sale - Athanaze Landry to Jean Meco and Guillaume Webb

A tract containing six arpents situated near Plaquemine of this same District, 
situated on the right bank of Mississippi river, on descending, adjacent above 
to Paul, free negro, and below to Thomas Ebert, on which is found an old cabin 
and some posts, such as it comprises, which said tract comes from concession, 
and is found, the said at Mister Lareau Trudeau, the above said Mr. Athenaze 
obligating himself to have it appear. 

(On the margin in Spanish is) Note: Cancellation of mortgage, date Dec. 31, 
1798. Signed by Rivas.
