Sale - Hypolite Landry to Olivier Brasset

A plantation situated in this District on the left bank of the Mississippi 
river, adjacent above to the said vendor and below to the land of Mr. Pol 
Babin, containing four arpents, more or less, of front on the ordinary depth 
of forty arpents, with the enclosures in a word, such as the said land might 
be comprised and contain, which belongs to him for having been purchased of 
Mrs. Marie Rivas, widow Mathe by act passed and deposited in the archives of 
this Commandant on the date of ?
