Sale - Jean Landry to Rober Brasil 

A plantation situated in this District on the left bank of the Mississippi 
river, on descending, adjacent above to the land of Mr. Michel Braud and below 
to that of Mr. Willam Henderson, containing five arpents and some toises of 
front on the ordinary depth of forty arpents. 

(On margin in Spanish is the following:) Cancellation dated March 26, 1799.
