Sale - Margarita Landry, widow of Jacinto Landry to Simon Richard

A tract belonging to me, situated in the same District on the left bank of the 
Mississippi river composed of three arpents and fifteen toises of front wit 
the ordinary depth of forty, bounded on the upper part by lands of the said 
Simon Richard and below by those of the declarer, which belongs to me for 
having been conceded by the Governor General of this Province with three 
arpents and a half of front as is confirmed by the figurative plan and title 
of concession which has been delivered this instant, to the purchaser.
