Joseph Hebert A tract belonging to me situated in this said District on the left bank of the Mississippi river, bounded on the upper part by lands which have just been sold to Simon Richard and below by the plantation of Joseph Docite Babin, composed of three arpents and fifteen toises of front with the ordinary depth of forty, which belongs to me for having been conceded, by the Governor Gerneral of this Province, with the three arpents and a half which I have just sold to Simon Richard according to the figurative plan and title of concession which he holds in his power; and I sell the same free of encumbrances and mortgages. And being present: Ana Landry, widow of the decd. Joseph Hebert; Antonio Blanchard and Joseph Docite Babin, my heirs, accept in their favor the above deed.
