Juan Ebert A tract belonging to me with all its dependencies and in the condition in which it is found, situated in the said District on the left bank of the Mississippi river, composed of four arpents and twenty-seven toises of front with the ordinary depth of forty, bounded above by lands of Pedro Ebert and below by those of Narciso Ebert; the same which was possessed and purchased of Carlos Samson by deed executed before the actual Commandant Dn Francisco Rivas, on the twenty-seventh day of the month July of the current year of one thousand eight hundred and one.
