The said plantation is composed of six arpents fifteen toises and five feet front on the river and on the ordinary depth situated on the left bank on ascending the river and near Bayou Plaquemine, bounded above according to the survey of Mr. Andry, annexed to the concession of the Government of this colony, to the land of Blaise Rivet, and occupied now by Mr. Louis Leonard, and below bounded by the land of Pierre Landry and occupied by the said purchaser.
