Sale - Deny Landry to Zakaria Ebert

A plantation with all its dependencies belonging to me situated in said 
District on the right bank of the Mississippi river, at the Point, Front of 
the Church, composed of nine arpents of front with the ordinary depth of 
forty, bounded on the two sides by the vacant lands of the Dominion of his 
Majesty, the same which was possessed by concession of the Governor General by 
decree, dated 10th of Jan. of the year 1799, which is delivered.
