Receipt - Juan Landry to Joseph Braud

Received the price of: A tract which he sold him, of his ownership, situated 
in this said District on the left bank of the Mississippi river, composed of 
five arpents and some toises of front with the ordinary depth of forty, 
bounded on the upper part by lands of Miguel Braud and below by those of 
Joseph Henderson, according to the deed executed before me, the present 
Commandant, on date of eighteenth of August on the year one thousand eight 
hundred and one.
