Sale - Joseph M. Landry to Bernard Dotrive

A certain tract of land situated in the District of Iberville and on the west 
side of the Mississippi river, bounded as follows (towit) on the upper side by 
land of said Joseph M. Landry and on lower side by lands of B. Dotrive 
consisting of two acres, fronting the said river and depth ordinary.
