Sale - Charles Landry and Margueritte Boudrot, his wife to their son, Louis 
Landry

A plantation of their ownership, where they reside, situated in this County on 
the left bank of the Mississippi river, bounded above by the properties of 
Joseph Braud and below by those of Mr. John W. Gurley, composed of five 
arpents and a half, more or less, of front, with forty of depth, and the 
opening which corresponds to it, according to as confirmed by the figurative 
plan and titles of concession of the said plantation accorded to Etienne 
Benoit on date of the third of January one thousand seven hundred seventy-six; 
which belongs to them for having been purchased from Mr. Joseph Barnard nearly 
twenty-one years ago; with condition that he  maintains them, etc.
