Acquittance - Hypolite Landry received of David C. Hath, sum for:

A tract of fifty-five feet of land of front on forty of depth which he had 
sold him by act passed before me, the fourteenth day of the month of August of 
the year passed one thousand eight hundred five, deposited in the archives of 
this County, which tract is situated on the upper boundary of the plantation 
which he occupies actually, situated in this County on the left bank of the 
Mississippi river, between the properties of Victor Blanchard and Guillaume 
Germain Dubour.
