Sale - Pierre Laventiere to Pierre Servant

A tract situated in this County on the right bank of the Mississippi river, 
bounded above by Thomas Ayet and below by the plantation of Jacques Molaison; 
the same which he had purchased with (evidently some words missing) containing 
three arpents more or less of front with forty of depth; the same which 
belongs to him for having been purchased with two arpents and three-fourths of 
land of front, more which he had sold to Thomas Ayet, of Pierre Broussard by 
act passed before Mr. Charles De Grand-Pre, Governor at Baton Rouge, the 
twenty-seventh of January, one thousand eight hundred.
