Sale - Simon LeBlanc and Mrs. Marie Trahant, his wife to Jacque LeBlanc, their 
son

A plantation situated in this District on the right bank of the Mississippi 
river, adjacent above to the lands of Jean Lambremont and below to those of 
Jean LeBlanc containing five arpents of front on the ordinary depth with the 
enclosures which are thereon only, reserving, the vendors, all the buildings 
whatsoever situated on the said land, to use them as to them belonging, also 
the use of the half of the said plantation during the lifetime of the vendors; 
belonging to the vendors for having been conceded to them by the Government 
about seven years ago.
