Sale - Joseph Marie Leblanc to Arcene Brau

The half o a plantation of about six arpents, situated on the right bank of 
the Mississippi river, placed called Bayagoula between Joseph Henry on the 
lower side, of the upper part; and Xavier Boudrot, owner of the other half of 
the said plantation on the upper side, on the other part, which plantation the 
vendor had the ownership of the succession of the late Agnesse Hebert, widow 
of Joseph Leblance, his mother.
