Sale - Margarita Landry, my wife and Joseph Leblanc to Simon Leblanc, our son

A tract belonging to us situated in the proper District on the left bank of 
the Mississippi river, bounded on the upper part by lands of Olivero Blanchard 
and below by those of our ownership, composed of two arpents fourteen toises 
and four feet of front on forty of depth, the boundary lines of said land 
running in a manner to keep in proportion of its front, the opening which 
corresponds to it according to the figurative plan and title of concession 
which we hold in our hands, of all of the said land which we possess; said 
land with the remainder of three arpents three toises and one foot was 
possessed by concession of the Governor General of this Province as confirmed 
by the said plan and title of the date of the fifth day of the month November 
of the year passed of one thousand seven hundred seventy-four; with the 
express condition that the half of the cypress trees which are found on the 
above mentioned two arpents fourteen toises and four feet which we have just 
sold, will remain in our possession for having reserved and excluded them in 
the said sale, and precisely if at any time that he wishes to sell the above 
said land, that in effecting a sale, he will give us preference for the same 
price which is offered for the same.
