Receipt - Simon Leblanc to Santiago Leblanc, my son

Price of a plantation which I sold him according to act passed on the 1st of 
August of 1892, before Dn Nicolas DeVerbois, who was we understand, Commandant 
of Iberbille, for the same I declare formal receipt * * * renouncing in his 
favor the right of possesseion and ownership which I had on said plantation, 
to have and to hold, as also on the part and edifices of the same which I had 
reserved in order to enjoy during my life and that of my wife, Maria Trahant, 
selling the whole of four arpents and twenty-nine toises front with the 
ordinary depth of forty, its boundaries opening at five and a half degrees 
(according to the survey of the Royal Surveyor, Dn Carlos Trudeaux and title 
of concession, and that for the continuation of the same, was given me on the 
20th of July of 1796, by the Baron de Carondelet)
