Receipt - Joseph Maria Leblanc to Honorato Degle

Joseph Maria Leblanc appeared and declared that he had received of Honorato 
Degle, sum of $200 for the price of a land which Luis Dannequin had sold to 
him by deed executed before me Commandant on the date of the tenth of 
September of the year one thousand eight hundred, and which is to satisfy him 
as tutor and one of the heirs of the decd. brother, Simon Leblanc, as appears 
by the deed mentioned, The land in this said District on the right bank of the 
Mississippi river, bounded on the upper part by lands of Juan Leblanc and 
below by those of Arcene Braud, composed of three arpents two toises and four 
feet of front with the ordinary depth of forty.
