Mortgage - Santiago Leblanc to Onorato Leonard

Received money from Leonard and for this reason and security of which sum, he 
mortgages:
A plantation situated in the District on the right bank of the Mississippi 
river, composed of two arpents of front with the ordinary depth of forty, 
bounded above by lands of Franco Marionau and below by deed executed before 
the present Commandant on the twenty-fifth of the present month of January of 
one thousand eight hundred and two.
