Sale - Juan Bauta Leblanc to Juan Alexo and Joseph Leblanc, my two sons

A tract with all its dependencies belonging to me, situated in said District 
on the left bank of the Mississippi river, composed of eight to nine arpents 
of front with the ordinary depth of forty, bounded on the upper part by lands 
of my ownership and below by those of Edmon Capdeviell, the lines of depth are 
to run the same as those of the figurative plan of said land, of fourteen 
arpents and some toises, which was possessed and purchased, like this, eight 
arpents of the widow and heirs of Pedro Brasset, and six arpents and some 
toises of Maturino Richard by deed executed before the Commandant who we 
understand, Dn Nicolas DeVerbois, and Dn Luis Dutisne.
