Acquittance - Jacques Leblanc received of Thomas Cropper:
A certain sum for a plantation of his ownership, situated at the above said 
County on the right bank of the Mississippi river, adjacent above to the lands 
of Francois Marionnau, Sr. and below to those of the Widow Thomas Rills, 
composed of two arpents of land of front on forty of depth, and the claim 
which he might have on the second concession according to as confirmed by the 
act of sale which was passed between them, the 29th of January 1803 before 
Francois Rivas, then Commandant on the District of Iberville; and gives 
acquittance to Cropper.
