Sale - Jean Baptiste Leblanc, son of the late Isaac Leblanc to his brother-in-
law (stepbrother) Ely Hebert

An arpent of land of front on the Mississippi river, with forty of depth, such 
as it comprises and contains actually, with all that which is thereon, which 
is to take from the upper boundary of the plantation of the said Ely Hebert on 
ascending up to the concurrence of the said arpent of front with the same 
depth and lines parallel; which belongs to him for having been purchased with 
the surplus of the plantation which he occupies, at the auction of the 
property of the late, his father-in-law (I think it should be father) about 
one year ago.
