All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ********************************************** ************************************************ File contributed for use in USGenWeb Archives by: Crystal Devillier oneonone@cox.net February 20, 2007, 7:24 pm Written: April 19, 1806 Date: April 19, 1806 Sale - Victor Leblanc to Auguste Richard A tract situated in this County on the left bank of Bayou Plaquemine adjacent to the property of Henry Vige and below to that of William Marson, composed of four arpents sixteen toises and two feet of front on said bayou with parallel lines, on the ordinary depth of forty arpents, the upper line and that below running north sixty degrees East; selling the said land in the same condition in which it is found, in a word, such as it comprises and contains actually, and without any reserve, and restrictions, whatsoever; the same which belongs to him for having been obtained by concession of the Government of S.M.C. with five arpents and a half of land of front more which belongs this day to William Marson and Atanase Dardene, according to figurative plan and title of concession of the whole of the above said land, which he promises to produce and to annex to the present act.
