Affidavit - Marie Josephe Hebert, widow of Antoine Blanchard who declared that 
desiring to give her affidavit as to certain property possessed formerly by 
her decd. husban; That her husband on date of 1789 purchased of Olivier 
Leblanc:

A tract of five arpents of front situated in this County on the right bank of 
the river, between the properties of Anselme Blanchard and those of Honore 
Braud; that some years after, her husband made an agreement with his father, 
Anselme Blanchard, of exchange, of this same land for another plantation which 
his father possessed above, his intention being to reunite his properties; 
this exchange was made in good faith, although an act was not passed. 
Therefore, she desires to renounce her rights for herself and as mother and 
tutrix of her minors to the above land which he purchased of Olivier Leblanc, 
to his father Anselme Blanchard, or other successors.
