Sale - Bonavanture Leblanc and Mrs. Marie Voisin, his wife to their son Izac Leblanc (About four years ago sold) A tract containing five arpents of front on the Mississippi river by forty of depth situated in this District on the left bank of the said river between the land which the said vendor occupies and that of Mr. Joseph Richard. For the price and sum of two hundred twenty-five dollars cash currency of the Province which the said Mr. Izac Leblanc promises and obligates himself to pay in the following manner, to-wit: at the decease of Mr. and Mrs. Bonavanture Leblanc, and then at the partition of their property with his brother and sisters, it will be understood and recognized that from this moment he will have received this said sum on account of that which might be due him from this said inheritance.
