Sale - Pierre Ferdenan Lendrie to Hipolite Landrie

A plantation situated in this Post on the left bank of the Mississippi river, 
adjacent above to the land of Victore Blanchard and below to that of the 
purchaser, containing four arpents more or less, of front on the ordinary 
depth of forty arpents, the house, buildings, enclosures in a word, such as 
the said plantation might comprise and contain.
