Sale - Polle Mary Lendry to Enselme Lendry

Polle Mary Lendry declared to have and changed his land of six arpents front 
on the river on the depth of forty arpents adjacent above to Mr. Maturin 
Lendry and below to Mr. Enselme Lendry, and the said Polle Mary having made 
this exchange with said Enselme Lendry, has sold and ceded to Mr. Enselme 
Lendry, his brother, two arpents of arpents of land front on the river, 
starting from the boundary below of the said Enselme Lendry, on descending, 
for the price and sum of twenty dollars cash which the said vendor certified 
to have recieved in our presence; the said land having eight arpents front on 
the river and the said vendor has reserved the six which remain, as belonging 
to him.
