Sale - Luis Leonard to Francisco Gagney

A tract situated in this said District on the right bank of the Mississippi 
river, bounded on the upper part by lands of Francisco Marionnau and below by 
those of Olivero Brasset, composed of two arpents of front with the ordinary 
depth of forty, which belongs to me for having purchased it with an arpent of 
front besides, of Dn. Francisco DeLery by deed executed the twenty-first of 
January of the year of one thousand seven hundred ninety-four which rests in 
this archive of my office; having to run the lines of depth of the said two 
arpents of land according to and in conformity with the running of the 
boundaries of the said Francisco Marionnau and Olivero Brasset; with besides, 
the second depth of other forty arpents of depth on the same of the two 
arpents cited, at all times which was obtained of the Governor General of this 
Province; the second concession of a second depth on front of all my above 
said plantation, for which I hold claim, soliciting in the case that they 
correspond in proportion to the claims which I have had occasion to make on 
the said second depth, with the good understanding that at all times not 
having obtained it, only selling the forty arpents of depth expressed firstly 
on the front of two arpents, which gives him then, the option to solicit for 
the same at his expense, the second depth; and I sell the same, free of 
encumbrances and mortgages.
