Sale - Luis Leonard to Carlo Ebert and Pablo Landry

A tract belonging to me situated in the above said District, on the right of 
the Mississippi river, composed of six arpents of front and eighty of depth, 
bounded on the upper part by the plantation of Francisco Marionneau and below 
by lands of my property, with the fences which are found on the same, the same 
which was had like this, three arpents of front with the depth of forty which 
was purchased of Dn Franco DeLery on twenty-first of January of the year of 
one thousand seven hundred ninety-four; and the three other arpents remaining 
with the same depth of forty in exchange with Francisco Marionnau on the 
twenty-seventh of August of the year of one thousand seven hundred ninety-
three, by document executed before Dn Nicolas DeVerbois, Commandant, who is we 
understand, of the said District, and the forty remaining of the depth making 
the total of eighty arpents is accounted for by concession of the Governor 
General according to the figurative plan and title of concession of all the 
expressed plantation, which I obigate myself to deliver, reserving by express 
conditon, the cypress tress which are on the same land, to be kept down and 
cut.
