Sale with Mortage - Bernard Lintot to Theodore Rivette

A plantation containing thirteen arpents ten toises front on the Mississippi 
river on the ordinary depth of forty arpents, situated on the right bank of 
the said river on ascending, adjacent below to the lands of Mr. Gray and above 
to that of Mr. Richard.
