Sale - Jean Longuelpee to Olivier Blanchard

A tract situated in this District on the right bank of the Mississippi river, 
adjacent above to that which he has just sold to Michel Gareuil and below to 
that of Mr. Joseph Lebalanc, called Adoux, containing three arpents ten toises 
and four feet and thereabout of front on the said river on the depth of 
eighty, the buildings, enclosures which are thereon, in a word, such as it 
comprises and contains actually without excepting the arpent squared of land 
which Mr. Michel Gareuil had reserved for the site of his house, who declares 
herein that he dispossesses himself of this property with the reserve, 
nevertheless, of the cypress trees which are found sold to divers persons on 
all the front of the said land up to the forty arpents of depth; which belongs 
to him (vendor) for having been purchased in part of the same Mr. Gareuil and 
the remainder at the time of the sale which had been made of that which 
belonged to a person named Tranquil Olivier, as it is so confirmed by act 
(torn part) deposited in the archives of this Commandant.

(a note at the bottom of the above deed states:) The three arpents, ten toises 
and four feet mentioned in the act hereinabove, are sold with all the fan 
which might correspond to it, in proportion of the front.
