Sale - Pierre Longuelpee to Joseph Babin

A plantation which belongs to him situated above the Church of Iberville 
between Senateur Babin below, on one side and Dieme Micoleur above, which 
consists of four arpents and some toises of front on the ordinary depth of 
forty arpents, the same which he had acquired at the auction sale of the late 
Theodor Rivet, the 19th of January 1794.

(On margin written:) The titles of ownership have been remitted to Joseph 
Babin.
