Sale - Ambrosio Longuepe to Pedro Ple

A plantation belonging to me situated in the proper District on the right bank 
of the Mississippi river, bounded on the upper part by lands of Joseph Henry 
and below by those of Joseph Leblanc, composed of four arpents five toises one 
foot and six inches of front with the ordinary depth of forty, which belongs 
to me for having been conceded by the Governor General of this Province 
according to the figurative plan and title of concession of said plantation 
which is delivered to the purchaser; and I sell it with all its dependencies.
