All rights reserved. http://usgwarchives.net/copyright.htm http://usgwarchives.net/la/lafiles.htm ********************************************** ************************************************ File contributed for use in USGenWeb Archives by: Crystal Devillier oneonone@cox.net February 3, 2007, 9:14 pm Written: February 28, 1806 Date: February 28, 1806 Sale - Jacques Longuepe and Marie Rose Leblanc, his wife, with the consent of Jean Leblanc, their father-in-law and father To Pierre Dominguez, minor, authorized by Jean Leblanc, his god-father and his tutor: A tract situated in this County on the right bank of the Mississippi river, bounded above by the plantation of the said Mr. Jean Leblanc and below by that of Honore Daigle, composed of two arpents one hundred feet and three inches of front on forty of depth, the opening or the fan which corresponds to it, selling him the said land as being the half of the plantation of the above said Jean Leblanc, the same which he had given in marriage to Marie Rose Leblanc, his daughter according to as it appears by the contract which had been passed the 5th of January 1802 before Francois Rivas then Commandant of the District of Iberville, which is deposited in the archives of this County; selling the said land under the express condition that the house of Jean Leblanc which is built thereon is reserved.
