Sale - Andrez Martin Lopez to Gregoir Melancon

A tract situated in this District on the right bank of the Mississippi river 
near Plaquemine, adjacent above to that of Jean Moralez and below to that of a 
free negro named Paul, containing three arpents of front on the ordinary depth 
of forty, such at it might comprise and contain, which belongs to him for 
having been acquired, a part of Xavier Robichaut and another of Athanaze 
Landry, by act passed and deposited in the archives of this Commandant during 
the beginning of the year 1791.

(on the margin) This mortgage is null. (vendor's lien)
