Sale - Jean Baptiste Lorrie and Mrs. Margueritte Chirac, his wife to Jean 
Charles Comau

Two arpents and thirty feet of land of front on the Mississippi river, on 
forty of depth, with parallel lines to take on the upper line of the 
plantation which he possesses and occupies, situated at the above said County 
on the right bank of the Mississippi river, bounded above by the properties of 
Alexandre McDugald and below by those of Joseph and Pierre Lacroix, which 
plantation composed of six arpents of front and forty of depth, belonging to 
them for having been purchased of Jean Gravier as it is confirmed by the act 
of sale which he had passed them the twelfth of the present month of July 
before Pierre Pedesclaux, Notary Public at New Orleans.
