Sale - Jacques Makeller to Samuel Makeller and Jean Makeller, his brothers
Affected only by a mortgage in favor of Widow Lantor: the following:

A plantation situated in this Post on the left bank of the Mississippi river, 
adjacent above to the lands which they say belong to George Scolfy and below 
to that of Jean Charles Comau, containing eleven arpents of front on the depth 
which corresponds to it, the buildings, enclosures which are thereon, in a 
word, such as the said plantation comprises and contains actually, which 
belongs to the vendor for having been acquired of Mrs. Francoise Bouche, widow 
of Jacob Lantor, by act passed before me and deposited in the archives of this 
Commandant on the date of the 16th of Jan. 1793
