Sale - Francois Maurice to Nicolas DeVerbois

A tract situated in this County and forming its boundary (on the part above) 
on the left bank of the Mississippi river, bounded above by the river or Bayou 
Iberville, and below by vacant lands, composed of six hundred superficial 
arpents, the same which belongs to me for having obtained the concession of 
the Government of His Catholic Majesty according to title which I have 
remitted to the said Mr. DeVerbois; which land he has paid for ***
