Receipt - Antonio Maxent to Nicolas Roche

Received sum for the price of:
A plantation which he had sold him, belonging to him, situated in the District 
on the right bank of the Mississippi river, bounded on the upper part by lands 
of Joseph Orillon Jr. and below by those of Juan Dupuy, composed of five 
arpents and two toises of front with the ordinary depth of forty, according to 
the deed executed before me on the date of the twenty-seventh of March of one 
thousand seven hundred ninety-nine.
