Sale - James McAlpine to William Donaldson

A plantation of his ownership with all its belongings and dependencies, 
situated in this County of Iberville at the place called the Fork of the Bayou 
of Manchak, bounded above by the lands of Dr. Samuel Flower and of all the 
other sides by vacant lands, composed of four hundred eighty arpents of 
superficial land; without anything excepted or reserved, in a word, such as it 
comprises and contains; the same which he had purchased of the late Jean Arman 
by act passed the twenty-third of May one thousand eight hundred by act passed 
before Mr. Thomas Estevan, then Commandant at Galveztown.
