Sale - Carlos Samson McGue and Francisca Buche, husband and wife, to Juan Otull

A plantation with all its dependencies belonging to us, situated in the same 
District, on the right bank of the Mississippi river, composed of three 
arpents of front with the depth of forty, lines parallel on both sides, 
bounded on the upper part by lands of Juan Carlos Comau, and below by those of 
Edmon Capdeviell, the same, which I the said Franca Buche possessed and 
purchased of Juan Carlos Comau by deed executed before the present Commandant, 
on the 15th of October of 1798. Selling same with the express condition, 
reserving for us, fifty-one cypress trees, which Juan Luis Buche is to take on 
the said plantation, and besides, the ash trees necessary.
